Delivery costs

For all purchases from countries not belonging to the European Union, any import duty charges will be borne by the recipient. Bontex has no control over the rates of import duty which may vary from country to country. Contact the customs in your country to verify the cost of importation.

For every order placed on our site, Bontex issues an invoice for the shipped products, sending it by e-mail to the Customer, in accordance with Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issue of the invoice, we use the information provided by the Customer. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issue of it. Delivery costs for Italy depend on the weight of the products purchased and are shown explicitly at the time of order. The payment of the goods by the customer will be made using the method chosen when ordering. Nothing more is due by the Customer with respect to the total order. No responsibility can be attributed to Bontex in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.Unless expressly stated to be part of our customer service, delivery refers to the street level. When the goods are delivered by the carrier, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of delivered packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

• The packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials

(adhesive tape or metal support).Any damage in the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or details, must be immediately notified, putting SUBJECT TO INSPECTION written on the proof of delivery courier. Once signed the Courier’s document, the Customer may not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered goods. Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days from delivery, as provided herein.In the case of non-collection within 5 working days of goods in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

the contract between Bontex and the Customer will be concluded with the acceptance, even partially of the order, by Bontex. This acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the client. By placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase process and accepts the general conditions and payment transcribed below.If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), once the online purchase procedure will be completed, he will print or save an electronic copy of it and he will keep these general conditions of sale, subject to the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Decree No. 206/2005 on distance selling.The customer is not entitled to damages or compensation and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by lack of acceptance, even partial, of an order.

How to Buy

The Customer may purchase products only present in the electronic catalogue of the Site when placing his order and online on our site, as described in the relevant data sheets. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative of its features but differ in colour, size, and accessories present in the picture.All specifications on this website, are based exclusively on information published by the distributors or manufacturers and therefore the same cannot be held in any way responsible for the erroneous contents of this information.We assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions contained on the site and we reserve the right to make changes to the same.The availability indicated on the website are indicative and subject to change. For this reason, in some cases, the delivery of the products may be delayed. Our company assumes no liability for damages arising from delays in delivery.We make no warranties on the information published on this site and we assume no liability for damages arising from the use of it.The correct order is confirmed by a reply by e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will contain date and time of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with our service assistance. Bontex reserves the right to cancel orders untrusted without notice. In such a circumstance, if the Customer has made payment and this proves already accredited, we will proceed to the immediate reversal of the total order.

Methods of payment

Credit card
In case of purchase of goods by credit card payment, the transaction will be done through the secure server Pay Pal or Gestway of Bankpass. The Customer will choose how to pay the order according to his preference. At no time during the purchase process Bontex is able to know information about the buyer's credit card, transmitted through secure connection directly to the bank that handles the transaction. No archive of our site retain such information. In no event Bontex can be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment for purchases.

Bank transfer in advance
In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the goods ordered by the customer will be kept until the actual credit from the bank of the due amount on Bontex c / o Bontex srl bank account. Such credit must be made within 7 working days from the date ofacceptance. Processing time of the order depends on the speed of bank crediting, generally about 3 working day. All the amounts displayed on our website are in Euro, which is the reference currency. All amounts stated in foreign currencies, are to be considered indicative and subject to change due to currency exchange.

RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with art. 5 DL 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer, has the right to rescind the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must send Bontex a notice to that effect within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to:  Bontex S.r.l. via Serio, 4 / b 24020 Casnigo (BG) Italy or by telegram or fax sent within the above stated period of 10 days. The customer at his own expense will send back the goods within 10 days from authorization. The goods must be returned intact, with all its parts and in its original packaging (bags and boxes),preserved and possibly used in the normal care, without any signs of wear or dirt.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • The law applies to product purchased in its entirety; it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product (e.g.: accessories, software, attachments, etc. ...);
  • The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, whenever possible, to put it in another box; should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product;
  • As required by law, the shipping costs for return of the goods shall be borne by the customer together with the reconditioning and/or repackaging costs ad provided by the health and hygiene regulations in force;
  • the shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
  • if the goods are damaged during the transport, Merino Wool Shop will inform the customer (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for the return and cancelling the request for withdrawal;
  • We are not liable in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, we will refund the customer the full amount paid, less shipping costs together with the reconditioning and/or repackaging costs incurred within 14 days of return of goods through the procedure of transfer of charge Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the Buyer will promptly provide the bank on which the reimbursement (IBAN code of the invoice).

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), in cases where LanaMerinoShop.it finds:

  • the lack of external and / or internal packaging;
  • the absence of elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts,);
  • Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, we will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping.

In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction is the Court of Bergamo - Italy

Guarantees

All products sold on our site are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24 months warranty for defects, according to DL 2.24. To qualify for the warranty, the customer will keep the invoice (or DDT). The guarantee of 24 months under the DL 2.24 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation. This guarantee is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating in the order form a reference to VAT). In case of lack of conformity, we will provide, without cost for the customer, the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract.

The substitutions in the case of DOA (Dead on Arrival: product not working on delivery) take place only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or repair of any product depends solely on the policies of the manufacturer.In the event that, for whatever reason, we were not able to send back the customer a warranty product (repaired or replaced), we can proceed in our sole discretion to refund the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal characteristics or higher.

No damage may be required to Bontex for any delays in repairs or replacements.In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by the customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, whenever possible, to put it in another box; should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging.

Standardization

The seller declares that all the products in the catalogue are sold and standards-compliant and certified according to the standards of the European Community. The seller is not liable in case of any deviations from the standards of countries not belonging to the European Community and / or their lack of approval of the products in those countries.

Privacy

The personal information requested under the order are collected and processed in order to meet the expressed demands of the customer and will not under any circumstances and nolicense given to third parties. Bontex guarantees its customers the respect ofrules on the processing of personal data covered by the Privacy Code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03. The holder of these data is Bontex c / o Bontex srl, Via Serio 4 / b - 24020 - Casnigo (BG) Italy.

Applicable Law

The contract of sale between the Customer and Bontex is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For the solution of civil disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial competence is that of the reference Court of his town of residence; in all other cases, the territorialcompetence is exclusively that of the Court of Bergamo - Italy.
